Summary: This is my favorite hotel in Miami. I stayed for the first time back in March and now it is the only place I will stay at when traveling to Miami. It is right next to the mall and there are great restaurants in the area, free parkimg and I enjoy my time in Miami every time I stay here.

Summary: Toilet seat lid was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Unsafe because you slip off every time. The toilet seat lid and bottom did not match so it caused the seat tear even more. The toilet broke at one point and we had to get help from reception in the middle of the night. This is an accessible room. The chairs and cabana at pool area were dirty and unable to be used.

Summary: Room was not cleaned properly, hair in the shower and the floor had not been moped in weeks. Bartender had a horrible attitude, not helpful when we asked for pool towels repeatedly. Great location but they need to do much better cleaning the rooms.
